Return & Refund Policy
At Gimedo, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We want to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Here is our cancellation policy:
Cancellation of Orders
Customers can request a cancellation of their orders by contacting our customer service team via email at sales@gimedo.com. Please provide your order details, including the order number, to expedite the cancellation process.
Changes to Orders
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order status and availability of the items.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 4-8 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late Cancellations
Late cancellations refer to cancellation requests received after the order has been shipped or when the cancellation period specified for a particular product has expired. In such cases, the cancellation request may not be possible, and the customer may need to proceed with the return process once they receive the items.
Out of Stock Items
In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you and provide alternatives if available. If no suitable alternatives are found or desired, you can choose to cancel the out-of-stock item from your order, and a refund will be processed accordingly.
Pre-Order Items
For pre-order items, cancellations can be made before the specified pre-order deadline. Once the pre-order deadline has passed, cancellation requests may not be possible as the item enters the final stages of production and preparation for shipping.
Customized Items
Customized items are made-to-order products that are personalized according to the customer’s preferences. Due to the unique nature of these items, cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the production process has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds may be subject to certain limitations.
