Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 27 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging (not unboxed), including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included in the original shipment.
  • Products must not have been damaged, altered, or used in any way.
  • Custom or special order items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged.

Return Process

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, you are responsible for the 2-way shipping cost of any item you return.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items.
  • Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package and ship the product back to us.
  • Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the conditions outlined in the eligibility for returns section.
  • If the product meets the conditions for return, we will process the refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund will be processed within 3-4 business days from the date we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Cancellations

However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above upon receiving the item.
